This ACA Compliance Bulletin provides information on the deadline and the method for reporting and paying PCORI fees, including available transition relief for plan years ending on or after Oct. 1, 2019, and before Oct. 1, 2020.

At the end of 2019, these fees were extended to apply through 2029. For plan years ending in 2019, PCORI fees are due July 31, 2020.
