Draft Instructions for 2020 ACA Reporting Released

On Oct. 14, 2020, the IRS released draft 2020 instructions for ACA reporting under Code Sections 6055 and 6056. Draft forms for this reporting were previously released in July 2020. This ACA Compliance Bulletin provides an overview of the draft changes that were included for 2020 reporting.
