Community Outreach

DBP Benefits believes in supporting the communities we serve, to benefit a larger number of organizations which are as varied as the communities themselves.

Our organization and individuals within our company are passionate about community service and volunteering, from church missions, to youth organizations, charity events, donating goods/services, or time, it is a vital part of our culture.

DBP has created an employee led ‘Make a Difference Committee’ who meet regularly to organize new opportunities to serve community outreach programs. Through servant leadership our employees have a voice and decision in driving volunteer and giving initiatives that they are passionate about. Further we allow time away from work for employees to volunteer and serve those in need in our community.

DBP Employees raised enough money to adopt 5 families this holiday.
